Mission

My mission is to share with all of humanity that tragedy can be more than just survived. I want to inspire others to see that they can endure the unimaginable, carry grief with grace and integrity, and be essential to helping others face hardship. The world is often dark and filled with horrors. Through sharing my journey, I will embolden individuals and communities to be the light that pushes back against the darkness we all face.

I have been called to share my story in a million and one ways. I strive to be accessible to those who need inspiration, fellowship, and connection. I have served as a keynote speaker, a co-speaker providing a living testimony to support the teachings of others, and an inspirational speaker too. I take the lessons of my journey and my ongoing survival and tailor each presentation to the audience's unique needs. I am available to engage with communities and groups in a meaningful and wholly present way.

  • “Jessica brings listeners beyond a parent’s worst nightmare and into an inspirational invitation to choose healing and hope. She illustrates the strength and resilience of intentionally being in community together!”

  • "Jessica was a wonderful speaker for our students. She was real and vulnerable, and her message really resonated with all of our student body. One thing that really stood out to me was that after the presentation a number of students stayed to speak to Jessica about their own trauma, and I could see her words comforting each of them. I believe her speaking made a positive impact on our students!"
